الشباب والعمل الافتراضي: تمثلات وممارسات اجتماعية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسةإلى محاولة فهم أهم أسباب تغير شكل عمل الشباب من طبيعته التقليدية إلى الافتراضية من خلال تفاعله مع وسائل تكنولوجيا الاتصال الحديثة، كما تسعى إلى معرفة دوافع الشباب للتوجه نحو هذه الأشكال الجديدة للعمل ومدى إسهامها في تقليص ظاهرة البطالة وتحسين المستوى المعيشي له، وتركز الدراسة على فهم بنية تمثلات الشباب نحو موضوع العمل الافتراضي والكيفية التي يمارسه بها. ويظهر من خلال تحليل نتائج الدراسة بروز أبعاد جديدة نفسية واجتماعية لتمثلات للعمل لدى الشباب تجاوزت أغلبها البعد المادي للعمل،وتمثلت في قيم الراحة والحرية الشخصية والانفتاح على العالم الخارجي. Abstract: The aim of this study isto try to understand the most important reasonsbehind the changing form of work among young people, from the traditional form of work to the virtual one, through the big interactionof youthswith themodern means of communication technology. It also seeks to know the motives of young people to go towards these new forms of work, and to how extent their contribution in reducing unemployment and improving the standard of their lives. The study focuses on understanding the structure of young people’s representations towards the subject of virtual work and how it is practiced. The analysis of the results of the study shows the emergence of new psychological and social dimensions of representations of work among young people, most of which exceeded the material dimension of work, and were represented in the values of comfort, personal freedom and openness to the outside world.
