Abstract

Legal translation includes many challenges and issues. That must be taken into account, accuracy and reliability impose on the legal translator to achieve complete accuracy in translating legal terms and concepts to preserve the original legal meanings and avoid translation errors that may affect the application of the law wrongly, however, some problems may arise with regard to legal terminology, which may affect the application of the law and its correct understanding. Therefore, we have allocated an analytical terminological study that included civil status contracts, which are important as they contribute to enabling the contracting parties to understand their rights and obligations correctly in the context of the new legal system, with the possibility of proposing a consideration indicating the type of translation used.
