المنهج الفقهي للإمام الدردير في كتابه الشرح الكبير

Abstract

ملخص البحث : إن المكـانة الكبيرة التي نالها كتاب "الشرح الكبير"، وتبوأهـا في عصره وبعده، ولدت تساؤلات يمكن أن تكون إشكالية البحث، ومنها :ما هو المنهج الفقهي الذي اتبعه الإمام الدردير في كتابه "الشرح الكبير"؟ ما منهجه في التعامل مع ألفاظ المختصر تبيينا وتوضيحا؟، وماهو منهجه في الاستدلال؟ ومـا هي الجهود التي بذلها في الترجيح واعتماد الراجح في المذهب؟ و الهــدف من هـذا البحث هو إبراز المنهج الفقهي للإمام الدردير، والذي اتبعه في شرحه الكبير على المختصر الخليلي researchsummary : The great place of the book "The Great Explanation", taken over in its time and aftermath, generated questions thatcouldbeproblematic in research, including:Whatis the doctrinal approachtaken by Imam Al-Derdir in his book "The Great Explanation"?
