| Résumé: | Copper supported on chitosan was synthesized by deposition precipitation with urea. This catalyst showed good activity in the synthesis of propargylamines by the AHA coupling between an amine, an alkyne and a dihaloalkane and also in the A3 coupling between a aldehyde, an alkyne and an amine. This catalyst is characterized by FTIR, DRX, ATG, BET ,SAA,Raman,XPS and MET. In addition an experimental design by three factors was established to find the optimal conditions of the AHA coupling. Finally a mechanistic study of AHA coupling was made and confirmed by infrared and Raman . |
