Abstract

ملخص: تطرح إشكالية الدراسة التساؤل عن إمكانية تأسيس الجمعيات الثقافية المحلية لقيم المواطنة في ظل انبعاث وعودة الانتماءات القبلية منطلقة من التساؤل التالي: كيف يمكن لنا تفسير مقدرة و استطاعة التنظيمات الجمعوية المحلية على تشكيل و صياغة قيم المواطنة ضمن راهن محلي لا تزال فيه المتخيلات القبلية تؤكد حضورها و تأثيرها؟ ولتحقيق البحث الميداني أجريت الدراسة في منطقة النعامة على عينة متكونة من (3) نماذج لجمعيات ثقافية بما مجموعه (31) مبحوث و باستخدام المنهج الوصفي والمعطيات المونوغرافية لمجال الدراسة و تقنية المقابلة والتحليل السوسيولوجي خلصت الدراسة إلى أن قيم المواطنة تشتغل حول إعادة إنتاج رمزية الانتماء القبلي Abstract: The problem of the study raises the question about the possibility of establishing local cultural associations for the values of citizenship in light of the resurgence and return of tribal affiliations, based on the following question: How can we explain the ability of local associative organizations to form and formulate the values of citizenship within a local context in which tribal fantasies still confirm their presence and its effect? To achieve the field research, the study was conducted in the Naama area on a sample consisting of (3) models of cultural associations, with a total of (31) respondents, using the descriptive approach, monographic data for the field of study, interview technique and sociological analysis.
