Abstract

الملخص كانت النزاعات المسلحة قديما تبيح لأطرافها تدمير كلّ ما من شأنه إضعاف قوة العدوّ بما في ذلك المقاتلين،فكان الأسرى عند وقوعهم في الأسر يتعرضون لأبشع صور التعذيب،وقد يصل الأمر إلى حدّ القتل ثم تضافرت الجهود الدولية بعد ذلك للتخفيف من هذه المعاملة وبتطور قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني بدأ الإهتمام بالأسرى،وأصبحت هناك قواعد ثابتة تشكل جزءاً كبيرا من قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني تهتم بالأسرى وبالمعاملة الواجب أن يتلقوها،وقد هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معالجة القواعد الخاصة بالأسرى والحماية المقررة لهم وكذلك هناك آليات تكفل تنفيذ هذه القواعد.
