Abstract

الملخص: تعتبر المواطنة رابطة سياسية و ليست عرقية أو دينية فإنها نتائج الأنظمة الديمقراطية التي أفرزتها الدولة، حيث توجد دساتير و قوانين تنظم حياة الجماعة البشرية التي تعيش على أراضيها، وفقًا لحقوق و واجبات متعددة مدنية، سياسية، اقتصادية و اجتماعية، منسجمة مع مبادئ المساواة و العدالة و قيم حقوق الإنسان و إحترام التعددية والثقافية والإنتماء للدولة وليس للأشخاص

Résumé : La cytoyenneté est un bien politique et non racial ou religieuse ; il est le résultat des systémes démocratique qui ont émergé de l’Etat ; ou il y a des constitutions et des lois organisent la vie de la communauté humaine vivant sur sin terri toir et dans le respect des droits et devoirs multiples civils ; politiques ; économique et sociaux ; est engagé aux principes de l’égalité ; la justice et les valeurs des droits de l’homme et le respect du pluralisme et de l’appartenance culturelle de l’Etat et non pas pour les gens. Abstract : Citizenship is a political commenction and not a racial or religiens , i sis the result of democratic systems that eurerged from the state , where ehere are constitutions and laws organizing the life of the human community living on its territory and in accordance with human multipe rights and duties , political, economic and rocial. It is committed to the principales of equality and justice and human rights values and respect for pluralisen and caltural affiliation of the rights values and respect for pluralisun and cultural affiliation of the state and not for prolle.
