Abstract

مــــــــلـــــخص أدت الإصلاحات الاقتصادية التي قام بها المشرع الجزائري إلى انسحاب الدولة من الحقل الاقتصادي و تعويض القرارات الإدارية بأدوات الضبط الاقتصادي. فتم فتح العديد من النشاطات أمام المبادرة و اخضاعها الى قانون السوق الذي يقع على عاتق السلطة العامة التي تتدخل من اجل تأطير آلياته، غير أن الدولة لا تمارس هذه الوظائف الضبطية عن طريق الهياكل التقليدية انما تقوم بإنشاء هيئات من جديد تمثل سلطات الضبط الاقتصادي التي تشرف على العديد من المجالات و النشاطات من بينها البنوك و المؤسسات المالية، المناجم، نشاطات البورصة، وكذا نشاطات اللجنة المصرفية، وهذين الأخيرين كانا محل البحث و الدراسة. الكلمات المفتاحية:السلطة الادارية المستقلة،اللجنة المصرفية،لجنة البورصة.

Résumé : Les réformes économiques menées par le législateur algérien au retrait de l'Etat à partir des outils de compensation des décisions économiques et administratives du domaine d'ajustement économique.
