ملخص: إن ماتعانيه الطفولة على الصعيد الدولي من انتهاكات خطيرة ،خصوصا مع توتر الأوضاع في الآونة الاخيرة ، يعد موضوعا بالغ الاهمية ، وذلك نظرا لخطورته الجسيمة التي تهدد المجتمع الدولي و مستقبل البشرية ككل، باعتبارهم هم رجال المستقبل، فإذا كنا نسعى لمستقبل مشرق، لابد من تهيئة جيل متعلم ومثقف يسهر و يحرس على إرساء السلم والامن الدوليين.
