Abstract

Force est de constater que la question de la firme et ses frontières figure parmi les objets d’étude les plus largement appréhendés par les chercheurs mais qui se renouvèle sans cesse. En se focalisant sur ce qui justifie le mouvement de ces frontières qui est l’un de ses volets les plus souvent négligés dans la littérature, ce travail a pour objectif principal de proposer une conception revisitée pour une telle question d’analyse, en mettant l’accent sur une fonction particulière rarement prise comme exemple. Les facteurs ayant un impact sur le choix de sourcing s’illustrent donc par la fonction développement des logiciels. Les modes selon lesquels la firme acquiert un logiciel en recourant soit à l’internalisation, soit à l’externalisation ou encore au marché représentent le noyau de cette présente recherche, en donnant une interprétation du mode choisi en fonction de la nature de ces facteurs.It is obviously that the question of the firm and its frontiers remains as one of the objects of study dealt with researchers but constantly renewed. By focusing on that proves the moving of these frontiers as one of its shutters most of the time neglected in the literature, this work aims principally at proposing a rethinking conception to such analysis question by putting the emphasis on a particular function rarely taken as an example. The factors those have an impact on the sourcing choice are so illustrated by the function of software development. The models of acquiring software by the firm between the resort to insourcing, outsourcing or to the market represent the stone of this present research by giving an explanation of the model chosen according to the nature of these factors.من الواضح أن المؤسسة وحدودها يبقى إحدى مواضيع البحث المتناولة كثيرامن طرف الباحثين ولكن بطريقة متجددة.بالتركيز على مايبرز حركة هذه الحدود كإحدى الجوانب المهملة غالبا في الدراسات،هذاالعمل يهدف بالأساس إلى غرض نضرة شاملة لهذا النوع من المواضيع التحليلية عن طريق التركيز على وظيفة خاصة نادرامؤخوذة كمثال.العوامل المؤثرةعلى الإختيار التنظيمي للمؤسسة تتجسد من أجل وظيفة تطوير البرمجيات.طرق الحصول على بركجية من طرف المؤسسة بين اللجوء إلى التدخيل،التخريج أو إلى السوق تشكل محور هذا البحث عن طريق تبرير الخيار المتبنى تبعا لطبيعة هذه العوامل.
