Contribution à une étude histométrique de Rosmarinus officinalis dans la région de Tlemcen

Rosmarinus officinalis L في السهوب )سيدي المخفي( والساحل )سيدي الصافي(. يبين التحليل النباتي هيمنة therophytes مقارنة phanerophytes و chamaephytes الذي ينتمي Rosmarinus officinalisL وقد سمح هذا الأسلوب المقارن لنا لتسليط الضوء على الاختلاف الانسجة بين المدرجات Rosmarinus officinalis L. محطتين من الدراسة. من هذا يمكننا تحديد الأنسجة المختلفة وتشغيلها وفهم تأثير العديد من العوامل البيئية على تطور هذه المجموعات والتنوع النباتي بهم. أظهر تفسير التدابير الانسجة أن هذا النوع يوفر التنوع البيئي أفضل في حين استراتيجية التكيف مع الجفاف. يظهر قياس الأشكال علاقة جيدة جدا بين القطر وعدد الفروع وقطر والإزهار ولكن سجلت ضعف العلاقة بين المعلمات القياس الاشكال أخرى. .Rosmarinus officinalis L. كلمات البحث: ,سيدي المخفي, سيدي صافي, قياس الانسجة, قياس الاشكال Résumé Ce travail est consacré à l’analyse histométrique de Rosmarinus officinalis L. dans la steppe (Sidi El Mokhfi) et le littoral (Sidi Safi). L’analyse floristique montre la dominance des thérophytes par rapport aux phanérophytes et aux chamaephytes auquel appartient Rosmarinus officinalis L. L’approche comparative nous a permis de faire ressortir la différence histométrique et morphométrique entre les peuplements à Rosmarinus officinalis L.de deux stations d’étude. De cela nous avons pu identifier les différents tissus et leurs fonctionnements et comprendre l’impact de nombreux facteurs écologiques sur l’évolution de ces groupements et leur diversité floristique. L’interprétation des mesures histométriques a montré que cette espèce présente quelques différences entre les deux stations du point de vue histologique des trois parties étudiées (racine, tige et feuille) et donc une meilleure stratégie adaptative à la sécheresse. La morphométrie montre de très bonne corrélation entre le diamètre et le nombre de rameau et le diamètre et l’inflorescence mais on a enregistré une mauvaise corrélation entre les autres paramètres morphométrique. Summary This work is devoted to the analysis of Histometric Rosmarinus officinalis L. in the steppe (Sidi El Mokhfi) and the coastline (Sidi Safi). The floristic analysis shows the dominance of therophytes compared to phanerophytes and chamaephytes which Rosmarinus officinalis L. Belongs. The comparative approach has allowed us to highlight the difference and morphometric Histometric between stands to Rosmarinus officinalis L.de two stations of study. From this we could identify different tissues and their operation and to understand the impact of many environmental factors on the evolution of these groups and their floristic diversity. The interpretation of histometric measures showed that this species offers a better ecological diversity while adaptive strategy to drought. Morphometry shows very good correlation between the diameter and the number of branch and the diameter and the inflorescence but recorded a poor correlation between the other morphometric parameters.
