Tests phytochimiques, dosage et recherche d’effet hémolytique des polyphénols totaux extraits de la partie aérienne d’Ammoïdes verticillata.

Abstract

Ibtissem. Résumé Notre travail porte sur une plante médicinale (Ammoides verticillata) qui est très utilisé comme médicament en thérapie traditionnelle dans divers pathologie. L’intérêt de notre étude est de contribuer à l’analyse phytochimque, dosage et la recherche d’effet hémolytique des polyphénols totaux de la partie aérienne d’Ammoides verticillata récoltée dans la région de Zelboune Wilaya de Tlemcen. L’analyse phytochimique de la plante a révélé la présence d’alcaloïdes, flavonoïdes, terpénoides, coumarines et les composés réducteurs. Les résultats ont montré un effet hémolytique important d’extrait brut de polyphénols qui dépasse 65% par rapport d’un témoin positif représenté par l’hémolyse totale. Par contre, cet effet est non significative à des concentrations faibles (0,42 ; 0,82 ; 1,67 mg/ml) avec un taux d’hémolyse enregistré d’ordre 4,78% ; 10,17 %; 21,11% respectivement. Abstract The work is about a medicinal plant (Ammoides verticillata) which is widely used as a traditional medicine therapy in various pathology. The interest of this study is to contribute to the phytochemical analysis, dosage and finding hemolytic effect of total polyphenols of the aerial part of Ammoides verticillata harvested area Zelboune Wilaya of Tlemcen. The results showed a significant hemolytic effect of crude extract of polyphenols which affects 65% compared to a positive control represented by the total hemolysis. By against, this effect is not significant at low concentrations (0.42; 0.82; 1.67 mg / ml) with hemolysis rate recorded of order 4.78%; 10.17%; 21.11% respectively.
