Marqueurs pro oxydatifs chez une population atteinte d'hypothyroïdie

Abstract

Le but de notre travail consiste à mettre en évidence la relation entre l'hypothyroïdie et la production des radicaux libres par l'analyse de quelques paramètres pro oxydatifs chez deux populations des femmes hypothyroïdiennes, une traitée et l'autre non traitée, comparées aux femmes témoins. Nos résultats présentent d'une part une augmentation du malondialdéhyde plasmatique et érythrocytaire, et d'autre part une diminution de GSH plasmatique et érythrocytaire, Par ailleurs l'activité enzymatique de CATALASE est similaire chez les femmes hypothyroïdiennes (traitées et non traitées) et les femmes témoins. En conclusion, l'hypothyroïdie induit le stress oxydatif surtout si elle est non traitée, elle peut être à l'origine de plusieurs complications pathologiques. Our resuits on the one hand have an increased plasma and erythrocyte malondialdehyde, and secondly reduced plasma and erythrocyte GSH. Moreover, the enzymatic activity of CATALASE is similar in hypothyroid women (treated and untreated) and control women.
