Abstract

الملخص : يلعب الضمان الاجتماعي دورا كبيرا لصالح العاملين و أسرهم و المجتمع بأكمله لمنع الفقر و تخفيف أثاره ، فأصبح للجزائر نظام ضمان اجتماعي معقد و يتميز بتعدد أنظمته يتكون من خمس صناديق تتكفل بتطبيق النظام و هي: الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال و كل واحد من . CACOBAPTH ، CNAC، CNR، CASNOS ، CNAS، الأجراء ههذه الصناديق يتكفل بنوعية معينة من الأخطار و فئة محددة من المؤمنين. حاولنا نحن تسليط الضوء على الصندوق الوطني للتأمينات الاجتماعية للعمال الأجراء وكالة تلمسان، تسيير صناديق الضمان الاجتماعي في الجزائر.Résume : La sécurité sociale joue un grand rôle pour le bénéfice des travailleurs .Et leurs Familles et toute la société pour empêcher la pauvreté et atténuer ces effets .donc, lalgerie a adapté un système de la sécurité sociale qui ce caractérisée par ces système qui se compose de cinq caisses qui prenant en charge L’application de l’ordre et qui sont : CNAS, CASNOS, CNAC, CNR, CACOBATPH. Chacune de ces caisses se charge d’une catégorie spécifique de Risques à l’avantage de ses assurés, nous avons étudié le cas de la CNAS: Agence de Tlemcen.
