الإندماج المصرفي

Abstract

الملخص إن تطور العولمة وتزاید المعاملات النقدیة أدى إلى زیادة أھمیة البنوك في عملیات التمویل خاصة في ظل التوجھات المتزایدة نحو الاقتصادیات العملاقة، كما أن التحدیات التكنولوجیة والابتكارات المتعددة داخل الصناعة المصرفیة بررت وبوضوح موجات الإندماج بین المؤسسات المالیة عموما والمصرفیة بشكل خاص. وعلیھ نجد أن من شأن عملیات الإندماج إعادة ھیكلة المصارف العمومیة ووضعھا ضمن الإطار المناسب مع ضرورة الخوصصة لمواجھة التحدیات المالیة المحیطة والناتجة أساسا عن عولمة الأسواق المالیة، وعلیھ فإن التوجھ بھذا الشأن من طرف الدولة سیكون لھ أثر ھام وإیجابي على العمل المصرفي من خلال خلق كیانات قادرة على النمو والاستمراریة وتعزیز القدرات التنافسیة. Résume La globalisation et l’accélération des transactions monétaires a donné une avantage de financement par les banques notamment à celle qui s’oriente vers le gigantisme économique. Les défis technologiques et les multiples innovations au sein des banques et ces différents moyens de financement ont mis en évidence l’existence et le rôle prépondérant des vagues de fusion bancaire. Les opérations de fusions ce sont une nécessité absolue pour la restructuration des banques publiques pour qu’elle puisse faire face au défi environnementale découlant principalement de la mondialisation des marchés financiers. Si qu’il fallait avoir que l’états lorsqu’elle applique ces opérations de fusion ; elle avoir une continuité et une avantage concurrentielle au sein des banques. Abstract The development of globalization and the increasing cash transactions have led to the increasing importance of banks in financing operations, especially in light of the growing trend toward giant economies , and the technological challenges and multiple innovations within the banking industry clearly have justified waves of mergers between financial institutions in general and banking in particular. Therefore, we can find that the concern of merger operations is the restructuring of the public banks and placing them within the appropriate framework with the need for privatization to meet the financial challenges surrounding them and resulting mainly from the globalization of financial markets, and thus the trend in this regard by the state will have important and positive impact on the banking business through the creation of entities capable of the gowing and continuity, and enhance the abilities of competitiveness.
