Abstract

This memorandum focused on the problem of translating drug brochures from English into Arabic. And dealt with the common errors that occur in the translation of these publications and the effectiveness of the current translation. The study revealed that there are several translation errors that affect the correct understanding of drug information and confuse the reader. The study concluded that advanced machine translation, machine assistance, and qualified human translators should be used to improve translation quality and avoid errors. This aims to enhance patient safety and ensure that correct information about medicines is delivered to Arabic-speaking users.
