dc.description.abstract	L’objectif de cette étude se repose sur : ✓ L’étude de l’ordre stabilité des différents tautomères et les équilibres céto-énol de l’uracile et du diphosphouracile aux niveaux de calcul B3LYP/6-31+G, MP2/6-31+G et CCSD(T). ✓ L’étude des effets des interactions stéréoélectroniques sur la stabilité des différents tautomères de l’uracile et du diphosphouracile avec la méthode NBO et au niveau de calcul MP2/6-31+G**. Les calculs ont été effectués avec les programmes Gaussian w09 et NBO 6.	en_US
dc.description.sponsorship	The objective of this study has a rest on: ✓ The study of stability order and tautomerization processes of all possible uracil and diphosphouracil tautomers at levels of calculation B3LYP/ 6-31 + G MP2/ 6-31 + G and CCSD (T). ✓ The study of the effects of stereoelectronic interactions on the stability of different tautomers of uracil and diphosphouracil with the NBO method and at computational level MP2/6-31+G **. The calculations were carried out with Gaussian w09 and NBO 6 programs.	en_US
