Suivie de la croissance du loup de mer et la dorade d’élevage (cas de la ferme aquacole d’Ain Türk. wilaya d’Oran)

Abstract

Notre travail représente l’une des premières contributions au suivi de l’élevage de la Daurade royale Sparus aurata et loup de mer Dicentrarchus labrax, pendant la phase de grossissement, au niveau la ferme aquacole PARQUE AQUAPECHE dans Le secteur de AIN TURK, située à Wilaya d’Oran, caractérisé par un climat méditerranéen. Deux sorties en mer ont été effectuées aux mois de Mars et Juillet 2017 faisant l’objet du suivi et d’échantillonnages au sein même des cages flottantes. L’objectif de notre travail présente l’étude et le suivi de la croissance par rapport aux paramètres (poids / taille) des deux espèces citées au paravent. En ce qui concerne nos résultats, ils montrent une évolution de croissance assez claire depuis le poids et la taille initiale (10 septembre 2016) jusqu’à arriver a la taille marchande chez la daurade (juillet 2017). Abstract: Our work represents one of the first contributions to monitoring the rearing of sea bream Sparus aurata and sea bass Dicentrarchus labrax during the growing phase, at the farm PARQUE AQUAPECHE AIN TURK in the Wilaya of ORAN, characterized by a Mediterranean climate. Two fishing trips were made in the months of March and July 2017 subject to monitoring and sampling within floating cages. The aim of our present work study and growth monitoring from the parameters (weight / height) of the two species mentioned in the screen. Regarding our results, they show a fairly clear growth trend since the weight and the initial size (10 September 2016) to reach a marketable size at sea bream (July 2017).
