أثر الإنفاق العام على النمو الإقتصادي دراسة قياسية لحالة الجزائر (1970-2014)

Abstract

من خلال بحثنا هذا حولنا معرفة أثر النفقات العمومية على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر ، من اجل ذلك تم تقسيم هذا البحث إلى قسم نضري لتوضيح مفاهيم أساسية حول المتغيرات ، وقسم تطبيقي لتحليل تطورها خلال الفترة من 1970-2014 بالاعتماد على تطبيق منهجية شعاع الانحدار الذاتي VAR . فتمت ملاحظة التزايد المستمر لحجم النفقات العمومية بنوعيها ( نفقات التسيير و نفقات التجهيز) و تغطية الجزء الأكبر منها بالاعتماد على الجباية البترولية. أما الجانب القياسي فنلاحظ الأثر الإيجابي للإنفاق العام على النمو الاقتصادي. On cette recherche nous avons essayé de connaitre la nature et la direction de la relation entre les dépenses publiques et la croissance économique en Algérie, ce mémoire a été distingué entre une partie théorique pour éclaircir les différentes notions sur ces deux variables, et une partie pratique pour analyser l’évolution de ces variables pendent la période (1970-2014). En utilisant la méthodologie de vecteur autorégressif VAR. Nous avons remarqué une augmentation permante du volume des dépenses public et une grande partie de ces dépenses est couverte par la fiscalité pétrolière. Dans le coté économique nous avons remarqué l’impact positif du la dépenses publics à la croissance économique. We have try trough this research to know the nature and the direction of the relationship between public spending and economic growth in Algeria for the periode 1970-2014. This search was distinguished between a theoretical part to clarify the different notions of these variables .and a partical part to analyze the evolution of these variable during the period (1970-2014).tools by the application of VAR methodology. We have noticed a continuous increasing of the public spending and the great part of public spending coverd by the oil tax revenue .while the economic growth in Algeria remains tributary of oil fecteur. The econometric cas we noticed the positive impact of spending to economic growth.
